Peopleized

I've been playing with Peopleized the last few days, and it's a lot of fun. It's something of a social networking site, but one of the ways you interact with folks is through interviews. So you find someone interesting, send them an interview request, and then send them your list of questions. I've found a few people whose blogs I read regularly and interviewed them.
