Today's dead addict is Kurt Cobain. While he didn't exactly die from drugs, I bet that his legendary heroin use contributed quite a bit to his untimely death. Cobain's addiction began in high school with the opiate drug Percodan, and later accelerated until he discovered heroin. He overdosed in 1993, but his wife Courtney Love revived him with an illegal shot of Narcan instead of taking him to the hospital.
