Mood regulation is important.<BR/>Also he doesn't need to add prozac withdrawl to the mix of confusing sometimes overwelming flood of thoughts, emotions,and feelings that go along with early sobriety/recovery. I relate to wanting to "handle it" on my own. I tried it too. Didn't work.I have never felt as bad as I did during that time. Hang in there.
